Girls can start showing 'puberty signposts' as early as 8 or 9.
This mini workshop provides parents with detailed information
on all the external and internal changes occurring around puberty.
Feel prepared in answering any curly questions in a confident,

Body Image and Self Esteem for Preteen Girls
This workshop will help parents gain a better understanding of
the transitional process that girls enter at this age and learn
about current research on body image and pre-teen health. It
provides practical ideas in building self worth, a sense of achievement,
power and control in this challenging period of growth. (click
